A river passes through a rural valley below, an older woman walks along a nearby track. Water cascades over a waterfall flowing along a fast-moving river. On the far bank a group of walkers travel in the opposite direction.

The woman walks past a chicken on a road, cars travel along Cornforth Hill in Richmond. Various market stalls are set up in Market Place and people walk around looking at the goods for sale. From inside the walls of Richmond Castle a view of the 12th century keep, from the battlements the market taking place in the town below. People walk around the base of the castle, someone on a bicycle rides past.
Along the River Swale a series of waterfalls, in a field sheep grazing. Cars drive through the village of Reeth, another turns out of a junction past a couple of houses built nearby. The Swale passes under John Carr’s bridge.
The Church of St Andrew at Grinton, a road sign points towards Reeth a mile away. Nearby the woman swipes at the grass along the edge of the road with her walking stick
