The film opens on the exterior of Hedworth Hall with traffic traveling along Dean Road. This is followed by views of laid out tables inside the Assembly Room with balloons attached to each of the tables. Nearby a display of old photographs and newspaper clippings relating to the infirmary. A poster advises users the charity for this years reunion is Age Concern and CRY.
In another part of the hall a number of women sit or stand around chatting, nearby is a table of drinking glasses and a bottle of sherry. A sign resting on the back of a chair reads 'Ingham Infirmary Casualty Unit'. Letters on a decorated cake reads '10th Ingham Infirmary, two other similarly sized cakes sit on tables either side of the decorated one.
Members of the committee pose for photographs on a staircase. Back in the bar area more people arrive, their invitations collected by two women at a table. Over drinks people chat happily, with some looking through albums of newspaper clips and photographs while others look at a display.
Everyone goes to their tables in the Assembly Room followed by Miss Carr who makes her opening comments. Everyone stands in silence for moment in memory of those who aren't able to attend. Miss Carr continues to make her opening speech relating to the day's activities. Speeches carry on over people either chatting amongst themselves or looking at the camera while eating their meal.
The film ends on a photograph of the late Treasurer Edith Pearson and a painting of the Ingham Infirmary.
