An amateur film showing a man dressed as Santa Claus handing out Christmas presents to disabled children in a hall somewhere on Teesside. The children have fun play games with balloons and dance along to a singer who performs for them before forming a conga line around the hall.
A man speaks into a microphone before holding a bag of presents. A large red sack changes to a man dressed as Santa Claus coming into a hall. He begins to hand out bags presumably containing presents to disabled children. Some come over in wheelchairs; others walk with assistance or are carried over to Santa. After the younger children, a number of men come over to collect packages.
Two women and man stand chatting, one of the women wearing a paper party hat; behind them a young boy plays with a balloon. A number of women sit along the wall chatting as the children play games with various coloured balloons.
On a stage a group of performers sing accompanied by a band. The children dance, some of the older children help those in wheelchairs move on the dancefloor. While some of the adults sit against a wall with some of the children, others take part in a conga line which travels around the room. The film ends on some of those children in wheelchairs sitting beside the adults and an older child laying in a pram like a baby.
