Behind a barrier a crowd stand waiting holding Union Jacks. The Royal car arrives on site and pulls up beside a line of dignitaries. Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip the Duke of Edinburgh walk past speaking with some of those standing in a line.
The Queen, holding a bouquet, and Prince Philip are escorted past waiting crowds standing behind barriers. Beside the red and white striped marquee, she speaks with a child in a wheelchair, a large crowd gathers around her.
