In this film construction work taking place at Willington and the junction of the Churchill Street turn off.
A lorry is parked at a turning that leads towards bridge across which traffic travels. On this new section of road tarmac has been laid, another vehicle is parked under the bridge.
Two road converge at a junction of an existing road, a series of other newly completed roads or off-ramps in the area near a row of houses follows.
A road sign for an upcoming roundabout is only partly installed. Cars travel along an existing road which goes through a number of news ones which pass on either side. A tractor pulling a wagon comes along an off-ramp. A cyclist comes along a road towards a number of metal drums which are acting as temporary entranceway onto the construction site.
At dusk, a yellow and white double-decker bus comes to a stop near an underpass, traffic moves along a road towards a tall building in the distance. A construction site beside the road with long concrete girders laid nearby.
A section on new road has been marked with lines, in the distance a bridge. Beside another part of the road a concrete base around it a construction site. Traffic moves in both directions along a road, metal drums down the middle of the road act as a barrier. The film ends on more traffic moving along one road and another section of in-complete highway.
