A man on a ladder attached bunting to a telegraph pole. Two men walk through the garden of a bungalow, bunting hangs across the lawn. Inside the bungalow garage, three men hang more bunting. Tables have been set up inside the garage with bunting and Union Jacks hang down both inside as well as outside. A number of women bring in chairs and stools setting them up around the tables laid out with cups and napkins. [Out of focus] Inside the garage two children look over the table. A small group of children look over the tables set up inside the garage. A number of people begin to run around the bungalow. Blank Two people stand in a garden changes to show a homemade commemorative poster of the Jubilee. Laid out on one of the tables seen previously a homemade crown followed by the poster again. A group of adults stand around the entrance of the garage chatting, someone is holding a small plastic Union Jack. Inside a number of children sit around or near to the tables, again the commemorative poster. Outside on the street the adults and children play a ball game, a woman with a camera takes a photograph of the scene. The film ends on a woman and three small children in a garden.
