The man gets out of the car appearing a little drunk, a woman standing beside the other car and looks at her watch in frustration.
The man takes from his overcoat a breathalyser bag and after throwing away a cigarette stub hanging from his mouth proceeds to blow into it. The woman can now be seen standing beside a parking meter as well as he car, she looks at her watch again.
After filling the bag with air, the man looks at it before throwing it over his shoulder. He looks over and seeing the woman as well as a sign on the fence behind her that reads ‘Two Hours for Six Pence’.
He lights another cigarette and shakenly walks over to the parking meter inserting a coin with some difficulty. She watching him looking a little confused.
Money inserted he comes over to the woman, doffs his hat and proceeds to drag her away across the car park
