A short film produced by Doug Collender and made at Marconi College in Chelmsford, Essex while he was a student on a ‘Colour Camera’ course. The film features students working on television cameras and in a classroom as well as one young man eating a meal in the college canteen. Two young men walk out of the driveway away from a large building, on the road outside a double-decker bus drives past A sign read ‘Marconi College’ followed by views of various college buildings. A man walking into a canteen, takes a plate of food and walks over to a table to sit down. A number of plates of food are set up on a table. The man completes his meal gets up and leaves the canteen. Outside a man hides in the entranceway of a building as a second man runs past waving their arms in the air. The first man comes out of hiding and walks cautiously along the driveway stopping to look a sign that reads ‘Marconi College ‘P’ Behind College Building’. A sign on an internal door reads ‘Colour TV Studio’, inside a series of vector scopes each with different waveform on their screens. A man drinks a cup of tea at a table, two men work the controls of a television camera. A machine registers a signal, one of the men makes alterations to the inside on the camera. In a classroom a man writes equations onto a blackboard in chalk, a number of men watch with interest. Another man writes notes into a notebook of the information on the blackboard. He leaves and the film ends on writing on the blackboard that reads ‘Ende Konec, - Kohell, The end’.
