As well as views of the crowds enjoying the many rides and attractions, there are views of the Billy Smart Circus taking place inside a circus tent. The film ends with views of the fair at night. People come down a helter-skelter followed by a view of a monkey in a cage.  There are views of the blades on a windmill turning. General views of adults and children enjoying the various fairground rides including the big wheel, swing boats, a waltzer and an octopus. A number of scenes filmed from on the rides themselves. At the controls of a steam-powered ride stands a small boy. [Dark]. The film changes to the inside of a circus tent where members of the Billy Smart Circus are performing for the crowd.
