Film maker Ronald Pringle presents more film of holidays and excursions in Scotland, north west and south west England.
The film opens with shots of the harbour at Ullapool(?) taken during a holiday from 31 May to 7 June 1980. Shots follow of the ferry terminal at Kylesku and general views of fishing boats in the harbour.
The film cuts to highland cattle on moorland, a woman stands nearby, then cuts to coastal cliffs and a view out to sea at Red Point near Ullapool.

General views follow of a forest and an osprey's nesting site at an RSPB reserve. A pier introduces the RSPB reserve of Handa Island off the west coast of Sutherland. Shots of a car park on the reserve and also a notice board which has displayed a plan of the island.
