The film changes to shows three car driving past a camera. Signs on the roofs of the car indicate they are part of the Milk Race. Motorbike riders pass followed by a number of views of racing bicycles passing at speed. The film cuts to a phantom car ride through a suburban area. Across a piece of waste ground at the rear of a terraced street probably in Murton rubbish is strewn including the skull of a sheep. A large sign reads ‘Easington Rural District Council Civic Amenities Act 1967’ and the penalties for fly-tipping on this piece of land. The film ends with of pigs and piglets in a field.
