Title: The Magic of Christmas
At Chopwell Woods near High Spen the family have a snowball fight. They then buy and take home a Christmas tree.
Back at home Linda is in the kitchen making a Christmas pudding with the assistance of her daughter.
At Doxford Park in Sunderland the family go sledding together in the snow.
Back in the kitchen both the children help Linda with the mixing of the Christmas pudding.
On Christmas Eve the children are tucked up in bed with a stocking hanging from the bedroom door. Linda kisses them good night.
There is a brief animation of Santa Claus on his sleigh flying across a snowy town. Through a door comes Santa carrying a sack on his back. He goes upstairs. As the children sleep he fills their stockings with gifts. Downstairs he lays out more gifts under the Christmas tree before collapsing into a chair with a glass of port.
The next morning the children come into the living room and begin to open their gifts. Linda plays with her daughter and her new dolls house. The son sorts the presents watched by other family members. The extended family watch as they all open and look at their presents on the living room floor. Michael gets a book and a new tie.
The film ends with the children around a model of a manger singing 'Away in a Manger'.
