[Brief shot of men working in an engineering workshop, probably used as leader.]
This sequence begins with a general view of a touring caravan, looking like a half-timbered ‘cottage on wheels’, at a campsite. A man pours paraffin into a stove outside the caravan. A kettle boils on the camping stove. The man fiddles with the stove. Close-ups show a pan of boiling water on the stove, followed by a pan of frying bacon. General view of a shallow, rocky river. A close-up of peas being shelled follows. Two men are staring into an open storage space on the caravan. A general view of the campsite shows the caravan and covered car parked next to the river. Nearby there are more tents and cars at the campsite.
A vignette shot records boats moored at a harbour, a town with half-timbered houses in the background. Overhead shot of the harbour and breakwater.
