A wrecking crane demolishes a few Victorian terraced houses in the St Hilda’s area of Middlesbrough. A bonfire burns amongst the rubbleof bricks and a worker watches as the walls of a house crumble. An excavator clears away the rubble.
Newer housing comes into view as the old buildings are demolished. At one point there is a glimpse of St Hilda’s Church.
