From a balcony in a theatre six men in colourful sailor outfits perform on stage. The scene ends and they leave the stage. From the wings actors and singers on stage perform other scenes from this production.
Two women stand in the doorway of a caravan as a man makes a snowball from the snow on the ground around them. He tosses it into the air, Molly Smith walks past through the snow after which a snowball fight breaks out with those on the caravan site, Molly chases two boys around the field.
A baby believed to be Linda Smith lays in a crib smiling. Beside a caravan a man with a camera takes a photograph of the person behind the film camera. A woman wearing gold jewellery comes out of a caravan followed by Molly carrying baby Linda. A small boy comes over, Linda kisses him.
[Dark] Two babies wrapped in blankets are held by a man and woman, two other children stand beside them. Linda and Molly in the doorway of their caravan.
Outside a caravan a boy dressed in a ‘Roy Rogers’ cowboy outside, he walks towards cameras his toy-guns drawn. Linda in her crib sucking on an empty bottle, a second baby sitting up in its pram.
A new-born Linda, much younger than earlier in the film, is being held by Molly. Stan holds his daughter pointing at her and himself as if to say ‘I made this’.
[Colour distortion] A hilly landscape with animals in the foreground changes to show Linda in her pram and Molly and Stan playing with her.
A group of women on a street changes to a garden where two large hounds eat from bowls. Molly looks out of a window in the house, an older woman plays with the dogs in the garden.
