Part two of an amateur travelogue by Frank Wilson that records a holiday in Switzerland travelling to Lucerne, Fluelen, the Rhine Falls, Schynke Platte, Harder Kulm. The spectacular scenery of mountains and valleys is caught on camera, along with contemporary city and townscapes.

The film opens at an airport (probabaly Newcastle airport) with a view of a BKS airplane on the runway taking on passengers. The plane takes off.
The film cuts to footage taken from a car or coach on mountain roadways showing rocky streams, hillsides, houses and waterfalls.

This section begins with general views of a tree lined road, mountains in the background, a city and a low bridge festooned with flags. Boats are moored on the lake and mountains break up the skyline in the distance.. General views follow of the city and the spectacular scenery surrounding it.
A man with a walking stick walks towards the camera, and then towards a covered bridge.
A map of Switzerland appears and labels indicate locations of Lucerne and Mount Pilatus.
A travelling view taken from a railway carriage shows forest covered mountains. The journey on the railway gains height as it travels up a mountain with a view showing the lake below. Snow capped maountains can be seen in the distance.
