A long distance race follows, with views of an athlete racing around the track. An athlete with long hair crosses the finish line in first place. There are views of a children’s race.
The Mayor comes out onto the track and presents prizes to the winning children who are standing on a podium before posing for photographs. Prizes are presented to the adult winners. The film ends with the Mayor leaving the track.
