Title:… I’ve forgotten to bring my bouquet!
Inside the synagogue the bride, groom and their families stand under the huppah. Following the service the happy couple appear outside the synagogue and pose for photographs on the steps. Malcolm removes his top hat and holds it in the air, his mother watches from the doorway. As they walk down the driveway passed guests and other well-wishers, Malcolm picks up the trail of Anne’s wedding dress and helps her to the Bentley after posing for more photographs. A large crowd gathers around the Bentley as other members of the wedding party leaves by car or stand in the entranceway of the synagogue chatting many over cigarettes.

They are joined by both sets of parents followed by other members of the wedding party young and old. Anne poses on her own, Malcolm watching from the side with a smile.
Now in a dinner jacket and bowtie Malcolm and Anne, still in her wedding dress, take their places at the top of the wedding table. A young man in glasses gives a speech from beside the wedding cake ending with him giving a toast to the happy couple. Malcolm handed a box to an older man who opens it to revealing a silver three-headed candlestick. He gives a speech to the crowd before handing the candlestick back to Malcolm. The microphone is placed in front of Malcolm who makes a speech. Another man makes a speech after which he gives a cake to Herbert Weldon, Anne kisses both of her parents on their cheeks. Another toast is given followed by speeches by Herbert Weldon and Lionel Jacobson which ends with another toast being raised.
Everyone stands as Malcolm and Anne step out onto the dance floor for the first dance, they are joined by many of the wedding guests. The moods of dance changes to a more contemporary beat with many guests still dancing along while older members sit and watch. Lionel Jacobson dances with a young girl. The camera goes around the room recording people sitting at the tables.
The reception draws to a close as people mingle and chat. Someone helps Lionel Jacobson put on a dinner jacket which he immediately takes off with the help of Malcolm putting his own jacket back on. The film ends on Malcolm and Anne cut their wedding cake together with Anne holding up a large piece of icing.
