Filmed on his farm (possibly in the north east) Bert is interviewed about his early life and how he got into photography and working for Picture Post. He talks about working in London during the Blitz and later being part of the liberation on the Belson concentration camp. He also talks about his work in post-war years with regards capturing poverty and poor living conditions, involvement in the Korean invasion and the decline of Picture Post as a magazine.
