KEP) rough seas.   Arriving in Las Palmas, there is a man with pair of oxen.  The ship’s log is attached to port handrail, a sailor painting under bridge, sailor’s canary in wooden cage....

KEP buying oranges.  Cave dwellers on hillside seen form the ship.  French women washing clothes on rocks by a stream, and then carrying their produce in baskets, holding them in a line on their way to the market, wearing traditional dress with white hats.
