Title - Golfo del Tiguello
The film begins with a map showing the flight path from Manchester to Genoa. Some of the flight is filmed as they cross the Alps and arrive at Genoa. They board a coach with their couriers, Mr and Mrs Kildi, and head for their destination, Sestri Levante. They take a walk around the town, with a view over the bay, looking at the local wild plants, and visit the market. They then go to San Barnardo, with views over the surrounding area, and see a Corpus Christi procession going through the streets of a village.
They then take another coach journey to Pisa, going up to the top of the famous tower and admiring the view. They wander around the town, but leave just before the Pope is due to make a visit. They then visit the Cinque Terre, starting at Riomaggiore and walking along the coastal path, past women washing in the open, visiting each of the five villages. They then take a trip along the coast by boat, heading north, stopping at Portofino, looking around the shops, the market and watching local women doing embroidery. They visit the church of San Giorgio overlooking the harbour. They continue their boat journey to Camogli, watching the fishermen before returning back to Sestri.
