Title - Chaseley Films Present Title - In and Around Sorrento The film begins with a view over bay from Sorrento, and a view from their hotel balcony.  They take a look around Sorrento, including the Piazza Tasso, the shops and markets, and tourist shops.  The streets are seen deserted during the afternoon siesta, and then the town wakes up again.  They walk around the main square the Church del Carmine and we see the statue of S. Antonino Abbate. They go down to the Marina Piccola harbour to take a boat trip to the island of Capri, where look around the island and tour the town of Capri. They show the accommodation of the wealthy, as well as the native wildflowers.  They board a mini, take coach to the top of Monte Solaro and come back down the hairpin bends, looking down on the harbour of Maria Grande.  They take the boat back to Sorrento, where, they say, there is some pollution in the sea.  They travel ten miles east to Amalfi, which we are told is free from pollution.  Here there are people sunning on the beach.  They visit the Saint Andrew Cathedral in the Piazza del Duomo, and look around the town and beach.  They then take the chair lift to the top of Vesuvius and peer over the edge, before doing a tour of Pompeii, seeing the Temple of Jupiter and other places.  Back to Sorrento and to the small bay Marina Grande.  They take one last look of Sorrento Bay before the film ends.
