An odd assortment of film, ranging from family footage and shots of one of Louie’s favourite muses his auto mobiles, are also spliced with content from an odd amateur film titled “We Make a Little Comedy” which is possibly a bit more sinister than a comedy should be. The reel also includes some well shot family day trips to Knaresborough and a zoo.

Views of Louie and Peter the baby posing on the Wolsely Hornet; close ups of baby and mother, Louie puts some socks on the baby then swings her between legs and then bounces him on the bonnet of the auto mobile.

Baby Peter eating in a high chair accompanied by a stuffed bunny rabbit, Peter begins feeding the bunny.

There is a man with a pole and line fishing on a river bank.
Views of two women a toddler and a baby in a stroller walking on a country path, they take a turn into a more overgrown path. The walking toddler stops at the turn holding out a hand for his mother, two men carrying a fallen tree walk past the group, dropping it by the riverside and set about sawing it up into planks to be used to build a foot bridge over the shallow river.
Change of location – Families yard
The baby is playing with a trolley filled with toys and a push and roll toy, taking particular care to make sure the family dog is subject to a thorough seeing to with the push and roll toy. Disgruntled the dog slopes off, only to return shortly after and seemingly enjoy the treatment a second time. The baby stands by a wheel -barrow, a man enters the yard and places the baby inside the wheel barrow pushing it around the yard, the family dog watching from its favourite spot in the roof of the shed. A well-dressed man, whilst smoking a cigarette picks the child out of the wheel barrow and sits in its place. He is then pushed around the yard for a short while, whilst the child watches seemingly puzzled, before he falls off. A woman enters the frame and has a quick go herself with the help of the child, the man pushes her for a moment before she herself falls out. The child and the first man to enter the yard now have a go together; following this the well-dressed man decides to have another go only to be pushed out by the man pushing him around the yard, much to the amusement of the young man watching from the side. A wrestle playfully breaks out between the two and the young man on the side is quick to join in, as is the dog. Once they have hold of the culprit they pretend to bottle him before shoving him in the wheel barrow and dumping him in a corner of the yard.
Louie in her room meanwhile is getting undressed, trying on different outfits from her wardrobe.

A man in a lab coat is bent over some scientific looking equipment, smoking a pipe. Followed by a quick series of close ups and shots (some upside down and others not) an alarm bell, someone walking through a dim lit doorway, the scientist, an orange on a table, a woman reading a paper in a doorway, a man’s hand grasping the orange on the table, a man sat in a chair wearing a bowler hat, glasses and a fake beard. Close up of the woman using a dust blower brush for an unknown reason, an upside down view of a man’s hand holding a cigarette, a dimly lit man bent over, (upside down) a glass bottle spinning on a table, (upside down((UD)) the same woman turned away from the camera, close up of a man’s frame in a dim lit corridor, UD view of the woman in delicate attire looking down, UD view of a man’s shoe pressing down on a dust blower brush with a broken bottle next to it. An UD man in a bowler hat facing away from the camera towards a fire place, an UD view of the woman now fully dressed, a dim lit and UD view of what looks like a pile of scrap metal and broken glass next to a broken table. An UD view of pale painted face reaching out a single hand, UD view of the woman in front of the fire place one hand held to her face, UD dim lit view of a pair of man’s hands grasping what appears to be a pile of broken glass and scrap metal, view of the man in the bowler hat looking into the fire place, the white face projected onto a wall, returns to the shot of the pair of man’s hands holding the pile of scrap metal and broken glass but this time the right way up. The woman enters a room, scantily clad and looking down quite puzzled, when suddenly the shots seem to reverse. The Pile of broken glass and scrap metal turns into a table with ornaments and glass on top, the woman’s clothes return and then the scientist enters the frame holding the woman close as they both smile for the camera.

A young man is in a door way smoking a pipe and brushing his jacket down, he then puts on the jacket, takes a bag off a hook next to him and then walks off down the drive.
Change of location – Knaresborough
Two young boys pose next to a car, followed by views of Louie and the boys looking out to the viaduct from the Castle on the hill in Knaresborough. Then Louie and the boys take a stroll through the castle grounds to the family car and get in. Views of the two young boys happy and smiling seated on the backseat of the car.
Views of the two young boys playing in a field of long grass, and then posing for the camera. Cyril exits his car and walks over to the camera very smartly dressed.
Louie and the two boys walk down a garden path and into a green house where they inspect the plants and tomatoes and then again in an adjacent allotment with a different green house. The youngest boy takes a sip from the tap in the garden. Louie and the older boy playing on the lawn, the younger boys runs over to join them.
Now at the zoo; Louie with a young boy and girl feed a giraffe in a cage, young girl strokes an Alpaca, the youngest boy cries in the middle of a path, two men are taunting a male lion in a cage to the extent that it jumps against the wire mesh, a crowd gathers near an elephant in a cage, the two men are back at the lions cage, taunting the poor creature, the family gathers round a large pond that holds hippos. An elephant with several children on its back is accompanied by a zoo worker with a gun and wearing a turban, views of the family walking round paths in the zoo, a sign reads look and listen above a wire mesh covering a cave, the children press their ears against it. There is a young boy on a merry go round, and more rides and amusements can be seen. The family enjoy a rest on a bench as the young boy runs about nearby. The film closes with shots of two exotic birds in a cage.
