The film begins on board a leisure boat that is passing large docks, either in foggy conditions or the film is overexposed. It continues along the canals of either Amsterdam or Rotterdam. The group look around a small harbour where some locals are in traditional national dress. A few people have their photo taken stood in one of the boats in the harbour. They go for a walk around the seaside town. The film finishes with them passing through a toll road.
