This is a film of a family tour of Holland, including Scheveninggen, The Hague and Amsterdam. Title – A visit to Holland in spring The film begins showing a map of Holland with a route marked on it.  The Norwind ferry is shown leaving Hull, looking back at all cranes in the docks.  It arrives in Rotterdam, where we see a tram and a fountain in a park and views of various parts of the city. They board a train and film some of the journey, passing windmills and fields of tulips.  Title – Scheveninggen and The Hague Cars pass by with crowds of people near the pier, and people on the beach in basket chairs.  Some boys are playing on trampolines, while others sit on deck chairs taking in the sun.  The film switches to a street where there is a marching band, possibly the scouts, followed by another uniformed band.  A tram passes by.  They visit the Madurodam, where there is a model town, harbour and boats, trains and planes.  There is then a road sign for Keukenhof, where they visit the gardens, with an elderly man looking at the colourful tulips and other flowers, and some cute ducklings. The elderly man waves from up a windmill, before continuing his walk around the gardens.     Title – A canal cruise round Amsterdam The elderly man is first on board before the leisure boat cruise takes off, filming much of the trip on the Prins Hendrik.  They go through Amsterdam and along the coast past the ships docked in the harbour.  More places in the city are filmed.  Title – The End
