This is a film of the Beverley Youth Club relay marathon. The film begins showing a boy wearing a sports kit coming out of a school.  He is followed by a woman on a cycle and a bus departing.  There is a teenager on a run through the town and the bus drives past following them, together with a vintage red racing car with a sign on the front warning of the road race.  The runners hand over batons to the next person in a relay race.  They run past the Golden Grill, and more exchanges are shown...

This is a film of the Beverley Youth Club relay marathon. The film begins showing a boy wearing a sports kit coming out of a school.  He is followed by a woman on a cycle and a bus departing.  There is a teenager on a run through the town and the bus drives past following them, together with a vintage red racing car with a sign on the front warning of the road race.  The runners hand over batons to the next person in a relay race.  They run past the Golden Grill, and more exchanges are shown at various stages of the race.  One runner, laid out prostrate on the ground exhausted, is attended to by two young women.  The winner arrives at the finish at the school to applause, followed by the runner up, and the film comes to an end.
