This is a film of a family holiday in New Brighton and the Isle of Man.  The film includes footage of leisure activities in New Brighton such as swimming and other organised games.  The film begins with people walking along on the seafront.  They pass come cars which are parked near the beach.  Intertitle – A Little Leisure Down on the beach, with the pier in the distance, there are painters and a mock bar with people in fancy costumes.  Two women go on donkey rides, and there are other families who lounge on the beach.  Some go for a paddle in the sea. Intertitle – Bathing Pool There is a large outdoor pool.  People seated around the pool watch those diving off the high boards and swimming.  Around the side, many are sunbathing and others are at a café.  Others participate in organised games. Intertitle – Caused by Fog One of the ships has damage to its side. Intertitle – Away to Isle of Man They board a ferry, and a line of women sit drinking tea as they make their way to the island.  They arrive at Douglas, surveying the surroundings.  In the evening some buildings are lit by lights.
