Description This is a film of a family visit to the Blaeneau Festiniog Railway, the last, unedited, film made by Edward Warburton. It shows many of the locomotives running on the railway at that time.
The film begins with a woman gate keeper opening the level crossing in Porthmadoc to allow a train pulled by a steam engine to pass. Several locomotives are shown in action, pulling and pushing trains along the railway route. The journey itself is filmed from on board, showing the stations en route.
