The scouts are at the campsite, with wc tents, in their kagools in the rain.  One tent has a wooden cross planted outside it.  Some of the scouts are larking about.  They line up to raise the flag.  Then some have their gear spread out on the grass, others buy snacks from a caravan. They play games and light a fire in the riverbank and do an experiment.  They then do some map reading and go for a swim in the river.  Next they go for a hike, and sit outside the Pen-y-Ghent Café.
