Description This is a film of school governors inspecting the work being carried out building an extension to Hull Marist College.
Title – Half-way there – under the critical eye of the Governors, 16th March 1961
A group of school governors, including two priests, are doing an extensive tour of the new school extension buildings as they are under construction. There are workmen up on the scaffolding. A school boy goes into the main building, showing the school crest above the doorway, and the inside of the church is shown, with a statue of Mary. The film finishes with builders laying a brick wall.
