This is a film of Beverley Youth Centre on a camping holiday at Middlehead, outside of Pickering, North Yorkshire. A girl brings some food to go onto an open fire barbeque next to a farmhouse.  She is overseen by a woman.  In the adjoining field, there are several orange tents, with wooded fields in the background.  The occupant of one of the tents is playfully woken up.  The other occupants, mainly male teenagers, slowly emerge from their slumbers.  One girl is playfully tipped out of her sleeping bag.  As one of the boys ties down some luggage on top of a van, another boy fires an arrow at him from a bow.  They lark about as they prepare for the day out.  They head off across some fields, at one point having to get out to push the van.  They stop to go in the White Swan pub in Pickering. Back at the campsite, they sit on the grass having lunch, after which they have a playful game of rugby.  Some continue to lark about, doing handstands, while others take in the sun looking out at the view of the surrounding countryside.  They set out on a walk as the film comes to an end.
