Intertitle – Children’s Orchestra
A group of children are singing and playing tambourines. The film switches to a garden with a fine display of garden gnomes. There is a garden party with groups of people sitting at tables and on the grass, with some children wandering around.

There is a living room packed full with ladies chatting along with a few men. They are dressed in their hats and coats.

This is a similar event as in the last scene, but with tea and cakes and making coffee with hot milk. A vicar is also sitting with them, and there is some larking about as the camera goes around the room showing those in attendance.
Then the film switches to a hall where there are some speeches followed by children singing. The hall is decorated with life size clown figures. There are stalls selling clothing and plants. Everyone sits down for a meal, after which there are presentations. The film switches back to the garden party, where ladies sit and have tea. Some children peer into a small pond. Then onto a church which is decorated with flowers for the Festival of Flowers.
