She is holding a bouquet of flowers.  The other participants sit at tables where they drink tea, eat cake, and chat.  The next part of the film is taken in a front room with two children, Nicola and Susan, seated on the floor in front of a coal fire.  Here they play with toys.  One of the children is camera shy. The film finishes in February, 1978 with a snow scene taken from a back bedroom window.  There are shots of the river in Selby.  Factories and a ship are on the opposite side of the riverbank, and they are also covered in snow.
